NNA Certified: Must have a current and valid NNA certification. We strongly recommend NNA Notary Essentials in addition to NSA Training & Certification.
Secondary Certification: LSS, Notary2Pro, State-Specific NSA, and Notary Essentials Training is a Plus
Proactive Communicators: Keep us updated throughout the process. This is the number one factor for receiving a five-star review from CCSS once a signing order is complete.
Reliable and Prompt: Provide timely scans post-appointment using a real scanner (not a phone camera).
Positive and Friendly: Maintain a positive attitude and strive for error-free work.
Team Players: Communicate effectively and work well with others.

Annual NNA Certification: Current and valid.
Background Check: Current and on file for this year.
Verifiable Credentials: Notary commission, bond, and E&O insurance.
Proper Equipment: High-capacity dual tray laser printer, quality scanner, high-capacity mobile scanner with Wi-Fi technology (highly preferred), mobile phone, reliable transportation, and a client-friendly professional wardrobe.
