Welcome to Your Apostille Services Overview
At CCSS National Mobile Notary & Apostille Services, we’re dedicated to making the Apostille process as smooth and efficient as possible.
Here’s a detailed breakdown of what you can expect when you choose us for your Apostille needs:
Quality Assurance: Your satisfaction is our top priority. In the rare case of a notary error—like a missing stamp or signature—we’ll correct the document at no extra cost. We handle every document with care to ensure it meets the strict requirements for Apostille processing.
Expert Service: Our team is highly trained and certified, with extensive experience in handling Apostille services. We stay up-to-date on the latest requirements and procedures, ensuring that your documents are in capable hands. You can rely on us for a professional and efficient service.
Processing Timelines: We provide you with estimated timelines based on the current processes of the Issuing Authorities. While we do everything possible to meet these timelines, delays can occur due to factors like changes in procedures or increased workloads at these authorities. We will keep you informed of any updates throughout the process.
Limitations of Liability: While we work diligently to ensure your documents are processed correctly, the final decision regarding document acceptance is made by government authorities, such as the Secretary of State. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as these decisions are beyond our control.
No Refunds Policy: To maintain transparency, we want you to know that all sales and services related to Apostille processing are final and non-refundable. This includes the Apostille service itself, shipping, and any related services. We believe in providing you with clear information upfront to avoid any misunderstandings later.
Shipping Responsibility: We take great care in preparing your documents for shipment, but once they are handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. We strongly recommend selecting insured shipping to protect your important documents.
